Why we started
Irrigation should be smarter, simpler, and more reliable. Water Stewards helps growers automate irrigation systems, monitor water use, and make informed decisions through integrated hardware, software, and sensor technology. The platform was developed by farmers, for farmers — built to solve real irrigation problems without unnecessary complexity or subscription costs.
Where we work
Headquartered in San Luis Obispo, California, Water Stewards supports agricultural operations across the state, from Bakersfield to Woodland, with irrigation control systems, monitoring technology, installation support, and ongoing service backed by real people who understand farming.
Leadership
Water Stewards is owned and run by the Evers family, with deep roots in California agriculture and water management.
Jared Evers
Jared leads Water Stewards' technical and engineering work — making sure every installation is built correctly for the operation it serves, from a single ranch to a multi-site farm running several systems off one platform.
Matt Evers
Matt works directly with growers and dealers, out in the field for demos, installs, and support — the day-to-day face of Water Stewards for the customers and partners who work with us.
